伟大的事业，源于伟大的梦想。党的胜利召开不久，就来到广州战区考察，并在接见驻惠部队师以上领导干部时深刻指出:“实现中华民族伟大复兴，是中华民族近代以来最伟大的梦想。这个伟大的梦想就是强国梦，对军队来讲，也是强军梦。我们要实现中华民族的伟大复兴，必须坚持富国与强军相统一，努力建设巩固国防和强大的军队。”的重要指示，蕴含着对军队郑重嘱托，蕴含着对建军治军规律的深刻把握，蕴含着对全军官兵的殷切期望。
一、充分认清实现强军梦的重大意义
在开启全面建成小康社会新征程之际，提出强军梦，深刻揭示了国防和军队建设与国家发展、民族复兴的内在联系，反映了党和人民对军队的殷切期望。我们要认真学习理解，切实认清实现强军梦的极端重要性和现实紧迫性。
(一)实现强军梦是源于历史深处的民族期盼。
近代以来，由于清政府腐败无能、闭关锁国，造成科技落后、军力日衰，最终铸成了百年有国无防、任人宰割的屈辱历史。灾难深重的中国内忧外患、无战不败，苦难无助的百姓流离失所、饥寒交迫、生灵涂炭。正如在参观《复兴之路》
展览时所说:“中华民族的昨天，正可谓‘雄关漫道正如铁’。我们这个民族，近代以后，遭受苦难之深重、付出牺牲之巨大，这在世界历史都是罕见的。”血的教训一再告诉我们:落后就要挨打，复兴必须自强。古老的东方大国怎样才能重现昔日辉煌?中国军队怎样才能重振往日雄风?一代代志士仁人不断探索者、不懈奋斗着。1840年鸦片战争的惨败，惊醒了一批睁眼看世界的爱国人士。林则徐、魏源等人痛定思痛，大力倡导“师夷长技以制夷”，试图通过引进和学习西方的“长技”，以增强国防力量。之后的洋务派和维新派，在“练兵以强天下势”的旗帜下，通过向西方列强购买和仿制洋枪洋炮、轮船铁舰，力求强化军队，重振雄风，但历时30多年的洋务运动，最终以甲午中日战争的惨败划上了残缺的句号。伟大的革命先行者孙中山领导辛亥革命，推翻了清王朝的反动统治，痛下决心建立黄埔军校，“用这个学校的学生做根本”，“创造革命军，以挽救中国的危亡”。一次次的探索，一次次的奋斗，都没有改变中国被列强欺凌的命运，建设一支强大军队，始终是国人魂牵梦绕的夙愿。梦里寻她千百度，艰苦探寻强军路。直到1927年8月1日南昌起义，中国从此有了新型的人民军队，在中国共产党的坚强领导和正确指挥下，在土地革命战争中逐步成长，在抗日烽火中经受锤炼，在解放战争中发展壮大，经过艰辛探索和不懈努力，终于找到了一条强军之路。新中国成立后，毛主席曾指出:
“我们将不但有一个强大的陆军，而且有一个强大的空军和一个强大的海军。”在改革开放条件下，面对复杂多变的国际环境，邓小平多次指出:现在国际局势并不太平，我们必须巩固国防，建设一支强大的现代化正规化的革命军队。20世纪90年代以来，江泽民同志适应世界军事革命的变化，提出了“政治合格、军事过硬、作风优、纪律严明、保障有力”的总要求和“建设信息化军队、打赢信息化战争”的战略目标。进入新世纪新阶段，胡锦涛同志基于对军事力量建设的战略定位，提出要“努力建设与我国国际地位相称、与国家安全和发展利益适应的巩固国防和强大军队”。之后，在军委扩大会上向全军号召:“为建设一支听党指挥、能打胜仗、作风优良的人民军队而奋斗。”历史一路走来，追寻强军梦的步伐从未停止，实现强军梦，是多年来华夏儿女未解的情结，也应成为革命军人孜孜以求的理想和锲而不舍的事业。
(二)实现强军梦是实现民族复兴的时代呼唤。
国防和军队建设，是中国特色社会主义事业的重要组成部分，是我国国家安全与和平发展的重要保障。建设巩固国防和强大军队，是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义、实现中华民族伟大复兴的内在要求。实现中华民族伟大复兴是我们的强国梦，对军队来讲也是强军梦。强国梦包含着强军梦，强军梦支撑着强国梦。没有国家的富强，强军就无从谈起;没有强大的军队，国家安全和发展也无法保障。经过新中国成立60多年尤其是改革开放30多年的快速发展，中华民族伟大复兴的轮廓已经初步显现出来。大家都能感到，今天的中国，比历史上任何时期都更接近中华民族伟大复兴的目标，比历史上任何时期都更有信心、有能力实现强国梦。雄厚的经济实力是一个国家强大的基础，但如果没有一支强大的军队、没有一个巩固的国防，强国梦就难以真正实现。我们要清醒看到，当前，国防和军队建设处于历史的多重交汇点上，转变经济发展方式和转变战斗力生成模式“双重攻坚”，军队机械化与信息化“双重任务”交织互动。我们要全面实现现代化，进入经济发达、政治民主、生活繁荣、社会和谐、生态文明的新阶段，成为具有强大国际影响力的国家实体，进而实现全面持续的民族复兴，就必须坚持富国和强军相统一，加快推进国防和军队现代化，努力建设“相称相适应”的巩固国防和强大军队。
(三)实现强军梦是应对国家安全威胁的现实需要。
当前，国际国内环境发生深刻变化，世界新军事革命进程加快，我国安全问题综合性、复杂性、多变性增强。一方面，我国安全和发展的国际环境更加复杂。各种国际力量加快分化组合，大国关系进入全方位角力新阶段，围绕权力和利益再分配的斗争十分激烈，霸权主义、强权政治、新干涉主义有所上升，局部动荡频繁发生。随着我国国家利益快速向海外扩
展和延伸，我国安全和发展同外部世界更加紧密地联系在一起，国际和地区局势动荡、恐怖主义、海盗活动猖獗、重大自然灾害等都可能对我国安全构成威胁，国际市场、海外能源资源和战略通道安全以及海外机构、人员和资产安全等海外利益安全问题凸显。另一方面，我国周边特别是海上方向安全面临的现实威胁呈上升趋势。随着世界经济重心加速由西方向东方转移，亚太地区成为全球地缘战略角逐的焦点。美国为强化对亚太地区的战略控制、维持世界霸主地位，推行亚太“再平衡”战略，加紧在亚太地区投棋布子，高调介入地区热点问题，牵动我国周边安全环境不稳定不确定因素增加。特别是日本、越南、菲律宾等国受自身利益驱使和美国明里暗里怂恿支持，纷纷制定和实施具有扩张性的海洋战略，不断在钓鱼岛、南海等岛屿归属和海域划界问题上挑起事端。再一方面，维护国家政治安全和社会稳定的任务更加艰巨。台海局势的不确定性始终存在，“台独”势力及其分裂活动依然是国家安全面临的主要现实威胁。西方国家加紧实施西化分化战略，把互联网作为意识形态渗透的重要途径，鼓吹所谓“网络自由”、推销所谓“普世价值”，利用民主、人权等问题向我施压，利用涉疆涉藏问题，大肆煽动民族宗教情绪。“东突”、“民运”和“_”等也在西方敌对势力的支持和怂恿下，相互勾联聚合，活动日趋频繁，暴力倾向更加明显，维护社会和谐稳定的任务异常繁重。国无防不立，民无防不安。我国是社会主义大国，也是唯一没有实现统一的大国。面对严峻复杂的安全形势，只有不断加强国防和军队建设，才能有效应对多种安全威胁，有效维护国家发展重要战略机遇期。我们必须居安思危，不断增强机遇意识、忧患意识和使命意识，切实用忠诚与奋斗托起强军梦。

__年，第三次世界大战被迫拉开序幕，军委主席命令我率领新型核动力航母---“长城号”编队出海抵御敌人。
“长城号”长米，宽100米，可停降790架战斗机，600架轰炸机，509架直升机，408架攻击机，300架预警机，247架空中加油机。
x月x日，我领着“长城号”航母编队正在东海进行巡逻。我们的航母新型雷达发现，流氓国的“天皇号”航母正向我们全速驶来，看样子是要重演他们一贯的伎俩:偷袭!我立刻果断部署:战列舰、驱逐舰、护卫舰、巡洋舰、炮舰、潜水艇，一齐瞄准目标，准备发射鱼雷、水下炸弹、舰舰导弹，舰载飞机随时起飞，给他们来个措手不及。“目标东经127度、北纬26度，开火!!!”我对着对讲机大喝一声。各舰舰长接到命令一齐发射鱼雷、水雷、导弹，不偏差一厘米，击中了敌人航母的燃料库!!!“轰隆轰”，一声巨响，只见“天皇号”挣扎了几下就沉入海底了!
偷袭不成反被当头一棒，敌军指挥官恼羞成怒，急忙登上“红日号”航母，带上海军陆战队，调来所有战机，要和我们拼死一搏。敌人的雷达疯狂地寻找我们的海军，但不管用啥技术也找不到我们。因为我们的航母躲避雷达，隐身了。
通过声东击西，我们不仅找到了流氓国舰队主力，而且绕到了他们后方，击沉了他们号称永不沉落的“红日号”航母!
这次战役凭着我们勇猛的战斗精神、先进的科技装备，我们大获全胜，凯旋而归，再一次用胜利捍卫了国家的荣誉。

The Importance of Goal
There is no denying that setting a goal is very important. We find that successful people are always those having and achieving their goals. They set goals, short-term or long-run, to help realize their visions.
Why is goal-setting important? By setting goals you are taking control of the tempo of your life. It is having a map to guide you to where you want to head for. With a clear direction, and with certain plans, you will straightly get what you want. On the contrary, without a goal ,you will live a wandering life.
