我在工作中始终保持应有的职业谨慎和饱满的工作热情，尽我所能履行会计法赋予的会计核算、会计监督职能。我的工作业绩得到了上级领导和公司高层的认可在为全公司提供优质服务的同时，认真组织会计核算，规范各项财务基础工作，并通过加强财务制度和财务内部控制制度的建设，站在财务管理和战略管理的角度，以成本为中心、资金为纽带，不断提高财务服务质量。
一、制定财务部各工作岗位职责，并进行自我评定
为明确财务部会计人员各岗位的职责权限、工作分工和纪律要求，制定了会计人员岗位职责，同时要求各岗位会计人员根据本岗位的职责要求，进行工作总结，岗位评述和认定，对各自的工作提出建议、作出打算，并对自己的岗位写出每月工作规程备忘录。这样，强化了各岗位会计人员的责任感，加强了内部核算监督，促进了各岗位的交流、合作与团结。
二、严格遵守财务会计制度和税收法规，认真履行职责，组织会计核算

光阴似箭，转眼间三年的工作生活就快过去了，工作以来，在单位领导的精心培育和教导下，通过自身的不断努力，无论是思想上、学习上还是工作上，都取得了长足的发展和巨大的收获!

在参加社会实践活动以及一系列的会计方面的实习过程中，我深深地体会到从事会计业务，必要的不仅仅是扎实的专业知识，更多的是对业务的熟练把握程度，我所欠缺的更多是经验与快速反应的能力，所以，我的职业规划也是从一般的会计人员做起，只有练好扎实的基本功，熟悉各项业务，才能更好地处理其他的业务。毕业后的几年内，我的定位是:从一般的初级会计分析员——主管会计——财务经理——财务总监。
订立一个长远的计划，主要是通过考证实现。但是我认为就业以后尽量少跳槽，多尝试会计的不同岗位，这样有利于自己的发展。
