一、加强宣传和推销。我们可以通过媒体（网络和报纸）介绍油面筋的制作方法和各种吃法。我们的传统美食，以自产自销为主，其实也可以走进超市、食品市场，不要只成为土货，应让更多人的品尝，成为老百姓桌上的家常便菜。

二、可以组织举行一些风俗节或活动比赛。每一样美食之所以能流传下来，肯定有其一定的原因，也有其发展的过程。而这些内涵只有经过一些活动，才能让大家了解。比如我们结合一些农村的风俗节，让大家了解油面筋的由来，它的寓意。并让广大市民参与油面筋的制作、品尝过程；也可组织油面筋制作比赛，比制作速度、比色泽、比味美。使油面筋在制作和工艺上越来越好。

到了晚上，盐城的夜景自然也不能错过。此时，明媚的太阳已经落下，仰望星空，只有一轮弯弯的明月高高挂在空中。华灯初上，这时候的主干道上人来人往，汽车川流不息，丝毫不比白天逊色，一片繁荣昌盛的景象。被誉为美食街的东进路两旁的路灯亮着，如同两条长龙，闪烁着奔向远方，路边停满了汽车，反而比白天更热闹了!

我的家乡不仅仅有美丽的风景，还有让你垂涎三尺的美食。其中大纵湖的螃蟹和东台的鱼汤面尤其著名。大纵湖的螃蟹以肥、鲜、嫩著称，黄灿灿的蟹膏、如凝脂般的蟹肉一点也不比阳澄湖的差，保证你吃的满嘴流油，哈哈!再说说鱼汤面吧，用新鲜的鲫鱼熬出热气腾腾米白色的浓汤，配上香滑而有弹性的手擀面，最后再撒上翠绿的小葱，你还能不流口水吗?

“羊头山下是我家，首阳生辉，定林染翠，金峰迎朝霞。”在巍巍羊头山之下，在始祖炎帝的光芒之中，有着这样一个美丽的城市，它就是我终生热爱的故乡——高平。

家乡的历史是悠久的。回想当初，赵国老将廉颇坚守长平，使秦军三年攻城不得取胜。谁承想，奸诈的秦王居然施反间计，致使赵国用将不当，一代强国就这样灭亡了。后人为了纪念廉颇这位英勇之将，修筑了大粮山。我曾去游览过，站在山顶，第一眼看到的就是那尊石像——廉颇。他那坚定的眼神，让人看了以后不得不产生一种敬畏之情。可想而知，强大的秦军为何苦攻三年却迟迟攻不下长平，他们早已被廉颇那坚定的眼神所压倒。眺望远方，碧树青山，云雾缭绕，守护着这个地方，此时再望向石像，我的心里久久不能平静

家乡的景色是美丽的。春暖花开，梨花飞雪，一场春雨过后，家乡景色焕然一新。这时最想投身于大自然。看!嫩绿的草儿钻出来了，它贪婪的吮吸着露珠，恨不得马上长大;最妙的是梨花开放时，山上一片雪白，如刚下过小雪一般，纯洁得很;夏天，大树长得郁郁葱葱的，格外茂盛，树叶青翠欲滴。清晨，红日升起来了，霞光万丈。站在山上，大喊一声，阳光射在身上，顿时感到心情格外舒畅。秋天，玉米成熟了，金色的田野中，散发出阵阵清香。果子成熟了，果树上结出硕大的果实。摘下来，咬一口，清凉爽口。“忽如一夜春风来，千树万树梨花开。”大雪纷飞，银装素裹，一片雪白的世界。家乡冬天的景色多美啊!花儿收到了冬姑娘送给它的礼物，带着微笑进入了梦乡。而柏树却迎风挺立，一点都不畏惧寒风的侵袭。白雪覆盖了大地的每个角落，毫不吝啬地把家乡装点得无限美丽。

家乡的发展是迅速的。现在的高平，各式各样的楼房数不胜数，比起以前的旧平顶房，这新楼房简直就是“奢侈品”。街上的饭店，商场多得很，都可以用“百花争艳”来形容了。还有小轿车，什么“大众”“本田”，满大街都是的，还开了电影院。家乡的发展真是迅速之极，我相信在不久的将来，家乡一定会建设的更加多姿多彩，更加美丽富饶。

“荷叶已无擎雨盖，菊戏犹有傲霜枝。一年好景君须记，正是橙黄菊绿时。”苏东坡诗中的主角，正是我们江西的特产——好吃的桔子。

每年秋天，走在大道上，总会闻到一股淡淡的清香，这正是桔子香。清清淡淡，但却无法抗拒；虽不如花朵香浓郁，但在我认为，比花香好闻多了。走在一大片桔子林里，清香环绕着鼻子，在鼻尖停留，久久不肯散去。

桔子是橙色的，它的“最好伙伴”是橙子。桔子圆圆的，和轮子一样，看上去甚是可爱，都不太忍心剥去它的“橙色外衣”。它总是许多“兄弟”挤在一起取暖，“兄弟”身上有一层薄薄的'橘络，“兄弟”也是橙色的。在我看来，桔子由许多兄弟组成，象征着团结、万众一心的意思。所以，桔子也是我最喜欢吃的水果之一，也是我认为最“可爱水果”之一。

说完桔子可爱的样子，再说说它的味道吧，当我吃完后，才真让我称赞桔子呢！

在经过“长长的三番思考”后，终于把橘子放入口中。咬一口，酸酸甜甜的汁水溅了出来。不一会儿，一个桔子就被我吃完了，味道还在口中流连。我果断又快速的剥了第2个桔子。一个接着一个，我吃橘子的速度也快了起来，完全停不下来，直到把买来的一袋橘子都吃光为止。为此，老妈也给我取了个名字“橘子杀手”。

只要我走在老家的某条大街上，只要是某个秋天，我肯定我的样子是这样的：手里拿着四个江西小橘子（一手拿两个），口袋里装着两个江西大橘子。如果旁边有亲戚，我还会在他（她）的口袋里装两个江西大橘子。不时拿出一个大橘子火或小橘子解解馋，这也应证了老妈给我取得名字。

桔子的功效也有很多：1、桔子外皮可以晒成陈皮。2、果肉解渴。3、橘络化痰……桔子上上下下都是宝啊！

虽在杭州、青岛、台湾……也吃过许多大小、品种的橘子，但也不及家乡的一个小小的橘子好吃……
